Worldwide Logistics and Magnussen Logistics form Venture to Offer a
Unique Home Furnishings Logistics Solution
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Worldwide Logistics (WWL) and Magnussen Logistics announced today a venture in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Riverside, California, becoming the first asset-based logistics companies to offer a complete logistical solution to the home furnishings industry from Vietnam to the US and Canada.
This venture combines Magnussen’s Asian logistics expertise with WWL’s domestic logistics expertise to provide a complete logistics solution to distributors and retailers that are venturing into direct sourcing, product development, quality control, warehousing and logistics.

Magnussen Logistics is the logistical arm of Magnussen Home based out of New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada. Magnussen Home is known and respected throughout the home furnishings industry as having mastered the art of supply chain management, realizing that a well planned and executed supply chain gives manufacturers and importers a competitive edge in the marketplace.

About Magnussen Logistics
Magnussen Logistics, the logistical arm of Magnussen Home, currently operates out of a 400,000 square foot distribution facility in Riverside, California, and a 232,000 square foot facility in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Construction is currently underway and soon to be completed on a new 430,000 square foot facility in Vietnam. This new distribution center will be the single largest bonded DC in Vietnam of all industries. The facilities in Vietnam are, and the new facility will be, fully racked and humidity controlled, which is important in Vietnam because the climate is conducive to mold growth and carton degradation. Magnussen’s Vietnam facilities are able to store product for up to 3 years without concern for mold growth. The Ho Chi Minh facility is bonded, C-TPAT Certified by US Customs and fully secured 24/7.
